Eric Donald Carroll, 43 of Orlando, FL passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018. He was born October 11, 1974 in Salisbury, NC to John Carroll Jr. and Debra McLean Kania. Eric loved life and his family. He was a loving son, brother, father and uncle. He was passionate about landscaping and anything having to do with nature. His keen ability to put a genuine smile on everyone's face will be deeply missed. Eric is survived by his parents John Carroll Jr. and Debra (Jeff) Kania; his children Adam and Kendall Carroll; sisters Dell Carroll, Debra (Dave) Fleming; maternal grandmother Fran Wannamaker; nephew Brian, nieces Katie and Brittany. Memorial Services to be announced at a later date.

To my nephew and my bestest childhood buddy. It's hard to imagine you're gone from our lives, but your memory will live on. I'll always remember our many bike rides through Englewood and Pine Hills, teasing Debra about anything and everything, and you always sticking up for me no matter what. Thank you for being my first friend. I regret that we were never close in our adult years, but I'm glad to have got to see you one last time. I never knew saying "See you later. Love you" would be the last thing I'd ever say to you. I'll miss you very much. My heart and prayers are with Jack, Debby, Dell, and Debra. Love to you all.

His glass was always half full and I really loved that about him. When Eric was around there was never a dull moment. He knew how to make people happy.

Eric will be deeply missed by all of us that loved him , He will always be remembered by all that knew and loved him.. Eric was my first born grandson , we already had a sweet little granddaughter that came into our family when jack married Debby.. Eric loved his grandma on our last outing together he had a great time. we thank god for giving us the time we all had together and the love he had for his family. My brother and my first friend. My heart aches that you are no longer with us. We had good times and bad times and I wouldn't change any of those memories besides the one that you aren't with us anymore. You are gone to soon.
