As Grant's partner of 18 years, I had the privilege of knowing him and spending many special times. He loved his family dearly and had a wonderful sense of humor (his Carol Channing impersonation was "spot on"). He taught me many things and always welcomed me into his family. He was a real "man's man" and took each and every responsibility as a deep and true reflection of himself and his integrity. He was "one of a kind" and sadly the last of a dying breed of an authentic gentleman. I will miss him and his smile. But, boy what a legacy he leftwe should all be so fortunate.
