The Korean War Veterans Association Department of Florida and Chapter 173 Casselberry send our belated yet sincerest sympathies on the passing of our Brother In Arms Frank E. Kipp (US Army WWII Battle of the Bulge).
He served his country well and honorably.
May he Rest In Peace.

Frank Kipp, one of the nicest and most decent human beings that I ever had the honor of working for many years. He was truly a superb and ethical gentleman.

It was an honor to meet Frank several years ago through Hayden.
What a genuine and kind soul who truly defined The Greatest Generation.

It's been a privilege to get to know Frank in the five years at the Cross Church. What a perfect example of a Godly man and citizen. He will be greatly missed.
