Guillermina Dieterle Obituary

DIETERLE, GUILLERMINA "NENA" CARDE, 88, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2006. Born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, Nena and her husband, Fred, were residents of San Juan, Puerto Rico and Las Colinas in Mission Inn. A graduate of Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, Nena was married to the love of her life for 66 years. She traveled the world with her husband, Fred, a retired full Colonel and renowned hotelier in San Juan, PR. She was a communicant of Stella Maris Catholic Church in San Juan, PR. She had a great sense of humor, loved a good joke and loved her homes, flowers, dark chocolate, her beach and her pool. She was devoted to her husband and children. Nena is survived by her loving husband. Frederick Evan Dieterle and her son, Dr. Frederick J. Dieterle and his wife, Judy of Scottsdale, AZ; two daughters, Marilina and her husband Robert Ackerbloom of Deer Island, FL; Ingrid and her husband, Stephen Tyler of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. She was blessed with seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren, Christian Dieterle and Andrea Dieterly, Nils Ackerbloom and his wife, Robin and their two children, Tiffany and Evan, Krista and her husband, John Montgomery and their son, John Robert, Bridget Tyler and her fiancé, Michael Mulcahy, Diana Tyler and she was predeceased by her grandson, Charles Tyler in 1995. There will be a Memorial Service in Mission Inn on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 2PM and at a later date in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her memory to Hospice of Lake and Sumter Counties, 12300 Lane Park Road, Tavares, FL 32778 or Stella Maris Catholic Church, c/o Father Ephraim Lopez, 69 Cervantes Street, San Juan, PR, 00907. Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg, FL.
