HARRY L. LARSON

LARSON, HARRY L., 69, of Apopka, FL passed away on November 8, 2010. Born in Ontario, Canada on May 31, 1941 to Lorentz and Elna Larson, both Swedish immigrants. He moved to Central Florida when he was eight years old. He was an only child. Harry is survived by his wife of 41 years, Elizabeth A. Larson; children, Charles Givens, Debbie
Schwenneker (Jeff), Dennis Givens (Sheila), Billy Larson (Cherie), Tami Taylor (David); 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Brittany Schwenneker and Stephanie Taylor. Harry was a member of First Baptist of Apopka, Harry was a very hard-working and honest business owner during his 61 years in Central Florida. He hauled dirt and helped prepare the foundations for many building here in Central Florida and especially in the Oviedo area. He loved his wife and family deeply. His favorite things to do included being with his family and being in his summer home in Pinhook, VA and going boating on Smith Mountain Lake. Such a loving man with a great sense of humor, he will be missed dearly by so many. Visitation will be Wed. November 10, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 90 Weathersfield Ave., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, with a Celebration of Harry's Life on Thurs., November 11 at 11 a.m. at the same location with Dr. Paul Gordon officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Winter Park, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Caring Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W.
