Jeffrey Fahey Obituary

FAHEY, JEFFREY C., passed away Monday, January 3rd. Jeff worked in the home construction field specializing in additions and remodeling. He was born on July 5, 1954 in Oakland, CA and moved to the Central Florida area in 1974. Jeff was the son of Bill and Pearl Fahey of Longwood. He is also survived by his brothers, Bill and Val Fahey, Haslett, MI, Jim and Brenda Fahey, Atlanta, GA; and his sisters, Meg and Dave Nunn, Dublin, OH, Betsy and Carl Renninger, Jennifer and Mark Peterson, and Maureen and John Arthur, all of Longwood. Jeff is also survived by his grandmother, Frieda Rogers; and 26 nieces and nephews. Jeff will be remembered for his passion for fine woodworking and his love of fishing. He always set a high standard for his work, and his excellence in the field was well known, especially in the Sweetwater Oaks area where he worked on over forty projects over the years. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, January 7, 2005 at 10AM at the Annunciation Catholic Church. Visitation for friends will be Thursday, January 6 from 6-8PM at the Forest City Chapel of the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to: Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, 5151 Adanson St., Suite 200, Orlando, Fl. 32804 (please include the name of Jeff's grandmother "Frieda Rogers Wells" with your donation.
