Jr.; Grant, Gilbert, Gloria and Yvonne:
I just heard about the passing of uncle Joe...He truly was a special character...I loved him very much and though I had not seen him in many years he always had a special place in my heart...as a young girl he was a larger than life figure who always demonstrated his love and affection towards me...He always made me feel as if I was special to him...as a niece...for a while there he even wanted to adopt me...
Yvonne, you may not remember me but you were his pride and joy and I remember the day that they brought you home from the hospital...He was very happy...I took care of you many a times...and I always loved you very much...would love to hear from you...

My old friend and amigo, Joe. Haven't seen him since he left Disney Security. He was in my react team in 1977 when President Carter was coming to Disney World.
His photo still hangs on the wall in Magic Kingdom Security office from the Flag Honor Guard of that event.
I only just learned of his passing and I know I'll see him again one day when my time comes.
