Lena Novell Obituary

NOVELL, LENA E., age 78, of Orlando, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, February 19, 2004, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hibbing, Minnesota on March 7, 1925 to Eusebbio and Giovanna Romani. She married Earl L. Novell on December 22, 1942 and moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1947. She was a homemaker, and mother to four sons: Lawrence W. Novell and William G. Novell of Livonia, Michigan and Robert S. Novell and Richard L. Novell of Orlando. She moved to Orlando in 1991. She leaves behind five grandchildren (Julie, Alex, Joe, Charlie, and Tommy) and one great granddaughter (Madi). Also surviving are her sisters Dora Saign of Springfield, Oregon and Norma Nicolelli of Hibbing, Minnesota and her brother Mario Romani of St. Paul, Minnesota. She was our mother, our grandmother, our "Nona", our sister, our friend-she will be dearly missed by us all and remembered in our hearts forever. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Orlando, Florida, 5900 Oleander Drive, Orlando, Florida where a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2004 at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to either Hospice of the Comforter, 595 Montgomery Road, Altamonte Springs, Florida or the Good Shepherd Catholic Church building fund.

Please accept our sincere and deepest sympathy. Lee has been a big part of our lives over the years. We truly love her and we will deeply miss her but I know she will live in our hearts forever.
