Mrs. Mates Adams was my 5th grade teacher at Lakemont Elementary School in 2000-2001. She was the kindest teacher and she cared for her students. She always provided a piece of candy on Fridays for her class. I learned so much in her class and prepared me for my transition to middle school. I have so many great memories of 5th grade year with her. She was truly an inspiration and I will miss her. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher.
