One of my first and fondest memories of my grandfather is riding with him up to the park to fly the new kite he had gotten for me. I remember how happy he was to go, nearly more so than I was, and how his face would light up as the wind carried it up into the sky, and as I pulled it higher, running wildly across the field. These are the kinds of memories that remind me what kind of man my abuelo, my grandfather, was. He was the kind of man who brought his grandson chicken nuggets nearly every day to school, only to pick him up two hours later and get some more. I will always remember him as the one who introduced me to dominoes, a game that I continue to play and love and remember him by. We played for hours after he picked me up from school, ignoring homework and just having a blast, just us two. He taught me so much about being a gentleman and being courteous, but also, about being friendly and cheerful. As a young adult about to start life, now is the time to remember all the wisdom he gave to me and become the good man he envisioned me to be all those years ago. I can't think of a better way to honor his legacy by being part of my new men's store, Mr. Man. A true gentleman's store. Thank you Abuelo. Quenten
