Raymond Rogers Obituary

Raymond E Rogers III, 81 of Astatula Florida, passed away March 27th 2022. He was born in Norfolk, Virginia on March 2nd 1941. He was married to Penny Rogers on July 2nd 1966. Raymond worked in the water maintenance department in many positions over his 29 year career with Orlando Utilities Commission. Raymond was a member of the Boy Scouts of America organization and earned his Eagle Scout rank. Raymond had a passion for Lionel trains, old cars, family & friends. He is survived by his wife Penny, daughter Peggy & husband Scott Weidler of Clermont FL, Son Raymond IV & wife Dawn Rogers of Montverde FL, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, Brothers Russell Rogers, Rick Rogers, Sister Terry Rogers and proceeded in death by his parents & sisters Anette (Rogers) Wade, Sue (Rogers) Holt. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 9th, 2:00 PM, at West Orlando Baptist Church, 1006 E. Crown Point Rd. Ocoee, FL. 34761. The service will be available for remote viewing on youtube / Search: West Orlando Baptist Church / Raymond Rogers memorial service.
