Bob Parr was my manager at Westinghouse community/Siemens. My memories of my time working with him he expected us to work hard to do a job but he always told us family comes first always. When my father became ill and my mother was ill I was so upset because I had to stay home and take care of them. When I went to his office to speak to him about this he said you dont worry about it take care your mother and father and when they better come back to work and your job will be here. And he stood by his word he was an amazing honest hard-working and kind man. I speak of them so often and we telling that story so many people. I know hes with the Angels continue to rest in peace Bob your coworker Nancy Defeo

Bob, From my first business trip to the many meetings I attended with you. I have picked up so many of your fine people ways. People at work absolutely loved you! I only wish we could do one more lunch. So I could tell you how much you have effected my life on a positive scale. I have lots of memories and look forward to reuniting with you up in heaven. We all lost a great man. I just thank God I had the opportunity to be his friend! My condolences to his wife and his Daughters. Whom he just talked about in such high regard all the time. My condolences to the family. Bob Parr was a nice boss. He was very understanding to me and family when my grandchild was going thru brain cancer and he allowed me to change my working hours so I could be with my grandchild in the mornings. May you all find peace with his passing as he was a great man.
