Wanda Conrad Obituary

CONRAD, WANDA LEE, 52, of Orlando, passed away on November 23, 2005. She was born in Orlando to Paul and Jeri (Shank) Conrad. She worked in the Insurance Industry as a Medical Claims Examiner. Wanda is survived by her father, Paul Conrad (Beverly) of Paonia, CO; her brother, Thomas "Ty" Chudeusz (Brenda) of Apopka; stepsisters, Jan Miller (Carter) of Virginia and Jill Savino (Joe) of Oregon; uncle, Michael Shank of NY; aunt, Flo Ewalt of Philadelphia, PA; cousins, Sue Ziedman (Bob) of Philadelphia, PA and Dorothy Mason of NJ; nieces, Schlaine Chudeusz of Anchorage, AK and Courtney Chudeusz of Apopka; nephew, Kyle Chudeusz of Apopka. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 3 at 10AM at the Lakeside Church, 9635 Bear Lake Rd., Apopka, FL 32703. Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, West Altamonte Chapel, 622 W.
