I am overcome with sadness over losing our "Ol' Doc"; and I will never forget his many simple, yet sincere acts of kindness and generosity towards everyone that he worked with. He had a strong, willful personality; and a steadfast determination to attend to the needs of each and every patient that crossed his path. He never denied a service to anyone which he believed in his ability to provide. Dr. Harrison lived for his work, and serving his community, and leaves a strong legacy; for which I am very proud to say that I knew him. I'll miss our e-mails and our little dicussions; the Friday office lunches; the Christmas cards; the "republican chats"; the digital cameras; the "computer" talks; the current events and articles he enjoyed; the wealth of knowledge he shared...and I'll just miss having our "Ol' Doc Harrison".
