William Jones Obituary

JONES, WILLIAM B., Bill was born on March 3, 1930- Feb. 11, 2012. He was born in Taylor, PA but lived for many years in New Jersey. He is a 21 year veteran of the Air Force, SMSgt, having traveled all around the world as a flight engineer. When he retired, he had a variety of jobs, but his best experience was with the Altamonte Springs Police, working as a Volunteer with the Cops Center at the Mall. He enjoyed his work, finger-printing and training of other Volunteers. He is survived by his wife, Joanie to whom he has been married for 61 years; his brothers, Bruce (Mary Ellen) and David
(Esther). He has seven sister-in-law's, Mary Jane, Scott, Marlene, Gloria, Patty, Margie and Cynthia and their husbands. He also leaves behind many cousins and nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his many friends and neighbors. Services will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be sent to the Asbury United Methodist Church, 220 West Horatio Ave., Maitland, FL 32751
