Hermaleen Palmer Memoriam
She was born the daughter of Andrew F. and Ella Iantha Benson Shook in Hickory, North Carolina , she moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 1972 from Hickory. She was a homemaker and a protestant by faith. Hermaleen was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (V.F.W.) post 4225 Ladies Auxillary in Kissimmee, Florida and she was also an associate member of the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 755 in Kissimmee, Florida.
Hermaleen is survived by her loving husband T.J. Palmer Jr. of Kissimmee, Florida; her sons: David A. White II of Kissimmee, Florida and Jeffrey A. Palmer of Norfolk, Virginia; her daughters: Clarissa Bruno and her husband Chris of Groveland, Florida, Daveena White of Polk City, Florida, Cynthia Muscarella and her husband David of Norfolk, Virginia, Donita Bacchus and her husband Sean of Umatilla, Florida; her brother: Micky Norris of Hickory, North Carolina; her sister Judy Shook of Hickory, North Carolina; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Hermaleen was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Ella Benson Shook, her daughter Bonita White, and her brothers, Don Shook and Jimmy Shook.
The Palmer family will receive friends on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.
A service to celebrate the life of Hermaleen LaRue Palmer will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with Pastor David Beal of New Beginnings Baptist Church in St. Cloud, Florida officiating
Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee, Florida.
Please Remember at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, because of the recent pandemic, necessary precautionary measures will need to be taken, social distancing will be required as well as wearing a face mask at the funeral home. For those who wish to stay at home and watch the service, it will be streamed live for your convenience. please call for instructions.
