Victor Larson Obituary

Victor John Larson, age 80, of Hale, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022 at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc.
He was born on Nov. 13, 1941 in Blue Island, Ill. to the late Victor Francis and Mary (Horton) Larson. Victor served in the United States Air Force and it was during his time at Wurtsmith Air Force Base that he fell in love with Northern Michigan.
After his time in the service, he began working for General Motors and retired after 25 years of hard work and dedication. Victor enjoyed gardening, fishing, his trucks and the country roads. He was also a member of Tawas Moose Lodge and Hale Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Victor is survived by his children, Tammy Herdon, Mary Larson, Bill Larson and Patricia Larson; brothers, Norman and Matthew Larson; grandchildren, Sean (Rachel) Collins, Zeina, Bilal, Yasmine and Rayyan Dardari and Annabelle Williams; and five great grandchildren.
The family will welcome friends on Saturday, Feb. 26, from 11 a.m. until the time of service beginning at noon, at Buresh Funeral Home in Hale. Interment will take place in Esmond Evergreen Cemetery in Hale following the funeral. You may offer your condolences online at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
