Nancy Trapp Obituary
She worked as an office manager at Thorpe Finance as well as at the Fisk Co-Op (FS). Most recently, she worked at Speed Queen in order entry. Nancy was a member of Algoma Boulevard United Methodist Church. With her very giving heart, she used her talent for quilting and knitting by donating countless quilts and blankets throughout her lifetime. She found great joy in flowers and gardening, bowling and horseback riding. She loved baking, especially cookies, and shared them with family and friends wherever she went.
Nancy is survived by her children: Keith (Debbie) Trapp, Mark (Heidi) Trapp, and Patti (Gary) Luckow; grandchildren: Michelle (Mark) Garfoot, Christy (Chad) Neumaier, Travis (Lucia) Trapp, and Rebecca (Jason) Springborn; great grandchildren: Jonathon, Alayna, Logan N, Olivia, Brielle and Logan T; siblings: Wayne (Jean) Coe, Shari (Dave) Dykstra; sisters-in-law: Bev Coe and Barb Coe; nieces and nephews: Cindy (Mike) Schaefer, Sandy (Darrin Boyle) Coe, Brian (Holly) Zuge, Stephanie Zuge, Kathy (Dan) Schmidtke.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Gordon Trapp; stepson: Wayne Trapp; brothers: Mick Coe and Eugene Coe.
A funeral service for Nancy will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. officiated by Rev. Judith Lipp. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
The Trapp family would like to thank the staff and nurses of Moments Hospice, especially Heather, Erin, Sophie and Sydney for the loving care provided to Nancy during her most difficult times. Thank you to Jessica for always making our little lady look and feel her best!
