I was also a classmate of Chris and later on, while teaching in the U.P. I rode with him once while he was patrolling I-75. He loved the U.P. and mentioned that he didn't want to take any more promotions in the MSP because he would have to relocate to a different duty station. He loved the outdoors that much! Kudos to you, Chris!

So sorry to hear of Chris´s death. He was a great guy in high school and I spent lots of fun times with he and other high school friends. My thoughts are with his family.
