The memorial service for Frank McDowell will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec, 10, 2011, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1550 S. Poseyville, Midland. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army Angel Tree program at 330 Waldo Ave, Midland, MI 48640 or the charity of your choice.
