Karl Harry Walser 65, of Calumet passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022. Karl was born August 11, 1956 in Saginaw, MI to Vernon and Jeannine (Mercier) Walser. Karl attended and graduated from Meridian High School in Sanford, MI and served proudly in the United States Army. He is survived by his mother Jeannine Walser, wife Barbara (Lippie) Walser, a son Karl Harry Walser (Kimberly), a step-son Daniel (JoLynn) Lippie and granddaughter Riley, three brothers, Kurtis (Barbara) Walser of Coleman, MI, Keith (Ronda) Walser of Midland, MI, Matthew Walser of Sanford, MI. Also survived by three sisters, Deborah (Reed) Feaster of Traverse City, MI, Gwendolyn (James) Karl of Sanford, MI and Jennifer (Mike) Christensen of Rhodes, MI. Many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
Preceded in death by his father, Vernon Walser. Karl enjoyed touring The Keewenaw and photography along with helping and visiting with local friends and family. He very much enjoyed living with his wife in the upper peninsula of MI and was a devoted husband to Barb.
There will be a memorial service for Karl at a future date.

I am so sorry to hear about Karl's passing. I am little Karl's cousin from the Newman side of the family. I grew up with little Karl. My heart goes out to everyone in the family for this big loss. I am sending love and prayers for the whole family.
