Leonard J. Potter, 56, of Midland, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010.
The son of Berniece (Talic) Potter and the late Lawrence Potter was born on March 2, 1954, in Detroit, moving to Midland in 1993. Leonard worked for the Arnold Center and attended St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Leonard is survived by his mother, Berniece; brothers Kenneth (Kim) Potter of Redford, Richard Potter of Cadillac, and Raymond Potter of Livonia; and sisters, Sharon (Edward) Siemanszko of Howell, and Marsha (Pete) Deliso of Sanford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by a brother, Donald Potter.
The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, from St. Agnes Catholic Church in Sanford, with Father Dan Fox OFM Cap. as celebrant. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Sanford. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of mass at the church. Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. I knew Leonard when I worked as a support staff at the Arnold Center.
He was always a delightful and helpful person who thought of others before himself. He will be missed.
