Linda Stein
Linda Sue Stein of Midland, Michigan, died on April 4, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center Midland with family by her side. She was born on December 6, 1946; the only child of Lawrence and Dorothy (Orr) Parmelee.
Linda graduated from Bullock Creek High School and worked as a caregiver for Personal Assistance Options in Midland. She loved flowers, nature and wildlife and was a member of Temple Beth El where she once ran the Sunday program.
Linda is survived by her husband Michael Stein; her children, Lawrence, Samuel, Adam, and Rachel Stein; her grandchildren, Ashton and Azelynn Stein; and three great-grandchildren and a fourth on the way. She is also survived by three adopted cats and one adopted dog.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at the Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Home, 1200 W. Wheeler St., Midland. Family will greet guests from 10 a.m. until the start of the service. Interment will be in Midland City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's name to the Humane Society of Midland County would be appreciated.
