Oscar Ittner Obituary
Funeral services for Oscar Walter Ittner, 87, who passed away Jan. 16, 2011, will be held at 11 a.m. today, Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at Zion Lutheran Church of Beaver, at Seidlers and Eleven Mile. The Rev. Michael Buchhorn will officiate, with burial to follow at the church cemetery. The family was assisted by Cunningham-Taylor Funeral Home in Auburn.

Mrs. Ittner, We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Although we only seen Mr. Ittner a couple times a year when we brought our boat over for storage or picked it up, he was always a very pleasant man with a sense of humor. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Mrs. Ittner, Tom, and Jeanne....I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Ittner's passing. We always shared a laugh when I came in to the elevator. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him. May all the happy memories help you get through this very difficult time.

Luella, Yvonee, Jeanne,Tom and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Only good memories for Oscar (Mr. Ittner growing up). I was always welcomed in your home from a little girl thru the teenage years, with sleepovers, projects, meals and parties. Oscar always busy in the background somewhere but I suspect a watchful and caring eye was on us then and now. Glad I got to see him on my last visit home. Love, Ruthie

Sandy, Neil, Heidi, Hannah, Rachel, and Mrs. Ittner, May God bring you all and the rest of your family comfort now and in the days ahead. I spoke with your husband/dad/grandpa many times when he was in the hospital and he had such faith. Until you see him again in heaven, allow your wonderful memories to give you peace. My heart aches for your families' loss. I was blessed to know "Karen's dad".
My one successful water-skiing experience happened up at the lake while he was driving the boat...he showed great patience because I fell many times before I made a lap around the lake. It was a once in a life-time event for me that still makes me smile.
I will be bringing your family before the throne of God in prayer.
