Paula was a blessing to our family, always accepting our late registrations with a smile, always ready for the unexpected. RIP.

February 5, 2014

Paula has been an important part of our family for many, many years. She has literally travelled the world with all of us Fritsch sisters, going to WYD in Australia, Spain, Rome, and around the United States with mission trips, NCYC, and the March for Life, and has been a mentor to us through middle school retreats, high school retreats, and youth group. I even had the chance to work with her for a University-run retreat while I was attending CMU.
Paula recently took me out for lunch, and she was so proud of Robert, starting CMU in the fall. She enjoyed telling stories of the mini WYD trip around the US, and (seeing the positive and God moments in everything, like always) told me that the best part of the trip was when the bus broke down and the city they were in came together to help.
Paula was an incredible person, always happy, kind, very loving, and I will always remember her wonderful laugh. She was one of my mentors, and I will greatly miss her.
It only makes sense that she passed away on St. Brigid's feast day. She was filled with God's love and showed it every minute of her life. She touched so many children's lives at St. Brigids, and the surrounding parishes. At the prayer service, some of us involved in youth ministry throughout middle school and high school were saying how thankful we are to have had Paula lead us through all of it. We have so many good memories that we will forever hold in our hearts.
Our deepest sympathies go out to your entire family. We are thankful that you have shared Paula with us, and we will forever hold happy memories of her.
~Chrissy Fritsch and family.
