Betty's cherished daily trip was to eat at Parker's Drive-in, where she had her own booth. She enjoyed visiting and telling stories with the staff and anyone who stopped by to eat.
Betty was a proud University of Kentucky Basketball fan and attended many SEC Tournaments, eight of which she shared with her nieces and nephews, whom she gave the trip as their high school graduation present.
