Vitrue Cain Obituary
Vitrue Cain, 98, of Paducah, died Sunday, Sept 8, 2024, at her home. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She worked at International Shoe Company and at Reidland Elementary School Cafeteria.
Survivors include one son, Mark Cain, of Paducah; one sister, Joy Lyles of Paducah; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Osage Cain; parents, Leslie Trio Lyles and Dama Theo Hawkins Lyles; one sister and two brothers.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Katie McKeon officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakland Church Cemetery in Sharpe. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Baptist Church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church. 3465 Buckner Lane, Paducah, KY 42001.
