Woodrow Byassee Obituary
BARDWELL - Woodrow "Woody" Byassee, 73, of Bardwell, passed away on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022 at his residence.
He worked as a boilermaker.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carolyn Biggs Byassee of Bardwell; two brothers, Michael Byassee of Bardwell and Jerry Byassee of Gilbertsville; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister. His parents were James Monroe and Frances Morgan Byassee.
Services will be held noon Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Mayfield Creek Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 a.m.-noon Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital: 401 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or to Mercy Health Hospice: PO Box 7100, Paducah, KY 42002.
