Joseph Baisa Obituary
Joe is survived by his sisters Adeline Sanchez and Stella Banuelos and brother Robert Baisa. Joe was preceded in death by his father Joseph Baisa, Sr., his mother Sara Baisa, sister Mary Stanton, brothers Benny and Alex Baisa.
Joe was an extremely hard-working man, he retired from Granite Construction Company after 36 years, he was a member of Laborers Trust Fund Northern California.
Joe was a fan of the LA Dodgers and San Francisco 49ers. His hobbies were golfing and preserving apples and blackberries grown on his country ranch. He was a member of Spring Hills Golf Course and Northern California Golf Association.
Viewing and Rosary will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Mehl's Colonial Chapel:
3:00-5:00 PM for the immediate family.
5:00-9:00 PM, remaining family and friends.
7:00 PM rosary recitation by Deacon Larry Cardon.
Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Our Lady Help of Christians, 2401 E. Lake Avenue, Watsonville. The 10:00 AM mass will be in English officiated by Father David Allen from St. Patrick's Church. Burial will follow after mass at Valley Public Cemetery, 2445 E. Lake Avenue, Watsonville.
There will be a Celebration of Life from 1:00-5:00 PM at the Women's Club, 12 Brennan Street, Watsonville.
