Edward Allen "Ed, Boggie" Bogert

Edward Allen "Ed" "Boggie" Bogert, 67, of Interlachen, passed from this life unexpectedly on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at his home from natural causes. 
Born in Carol City, Florida, he resided in Interlachen since 1974 coming from Carol City. Ed worked with Liberty Ambulance Transport in Jacksonville as a mechanic. He was also a first responder and worked as an EMT with Fire/ Rescue. Ed attended Faith Baptist Church in Interlachen. In his leisure time, "Boogie" enjoyed fishing, mechanic work, cleaning guns and watching videos featuring baby monkeys. He also cherished time spent with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Diane Crocker; and a sister, Rita Faye Powell.
Ed is survived by his wife of 19 years, Martha Ann Bogert of Interlachen; his children, Christy Ann Arthur (Seth) of Palatka, Ross Allen Bogert (Ashley) of Hawthorne and Kristy Powell (Ty Goodson) of Ocala; 3 brothers, Robert Reposo of GA, Bobby Crocker Jr. (Ruby Waldron) of Interlachen and Marshall Crocker (Michelle) of GA; 10 grandchildren, Kaitlin, Taylor, Cameron, Ross Allen Bogert Jr., Evalese Bogert, Samuel Bogert, Elizabeth Bogert, Haley Goodwin, Lily Goodwin and Tyrone Goodson;  2 great-grandchildren, Malani Pendleton and Austin Hidalgo; and 2 adopted nephews, Jeremy and Jason Crocker.
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
