My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends. George made me feel like part of his family. He crosses my mind from time to time as I reflect on great times at the WPB Boys & Girls Club. He was so generous of his time and made sure the kids had a blast. The annual Day at the Ballpark and Halloween Carnival events were amazing. George was simply one of a kind.

My memories of George come back all of the time, especially when I am at the Boys & Girls Clubs. He was an inspiration to all of us, and is missed.

I met George when I was 8 and he was 10 at the Beach club. He was always a nice and kind boy and later a man who always said hello and asked how I was doing. I saw George many times over the years and he was not only kind, but genuine. He always took the time to be present and supportive. We will all miss him and his kindness can inspire us to be our best.

It was my privilege to be George's music teacher at the Palm Beach Day School. In later years we connected at Bethesda By The Sea. George was a very special wonderful man. The Palm Beach community will greatly miss his friendship and good works. Linda Schumacher

I was blessed to have know such a special human being. George was an inspiration to me. He touched the lives of so many members, parents, and staff at the Boys & Girls Club, and will truly be missed, but never forgotten.
