In Loving Memory of Anna J. Watson who passed away on August 15, 2016 at TrustBridge Hospice in Jupiter. She was born in Lynn, MA, daughter of Paul and Anna Pecukonis and grew up the youngest of five children. She had two older sisters and two older brothers to protect and tease her. She graduated from Lesley College. Ann was married to William Watson and they raised three children, Billy, Marianne, and Laurel. Her dear Billy passed on to heaven before his Mom. Ann was a real estate broker and Cub Scout leader. She loved to travel and visited many countries. Ann enjoyed her family, her dogs, and living near the ocean. Ann moved to Jupiter in the early 80's and was happy when Marianne moved to Florida so Ann could be near her three grandchildren, Jillian, Darius (predeceased), and Lila. She was not a typical grandmother taking her grandchildren to The Breakers and letting them order ice cream for lunch. Ann was blessed to have two great-granddaughters, Averie and Arlyn Hardin, daughters of Rodney and Jillian Hardin. Marianne, Jillian, Rodney, and Lila watched over "Nana" and helped through her illnesses this past year. Ann is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great friends, and Rodney's supportive family. We will miss her so much. She was one of a kind - a free spirit who had morals but was unafraid to live her life in her own style. She had a great sense of humor and was known for her quips. We have many fond memories of Nana, and will have stories to tell for years. Be free now Nana - hugs to all who left before us. In lieu of a service Ann requested to please have a toast to her life. Our thanks to her many doctors, the staff of Jupiter Medical, and especially to Dr. Karen Driscoll who truly cared with compassion.
