Family-Placed Funeral Notice
Lt. Col. BRUCE W. PARRISH U.S. Army (ret.) Col. Parrish, age 84, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, died September 20, 2004 at the Wellington Regional Medical Center. Born in Frisco City, AL, he was a resident of the Palm Beaches for over 20 years and was an active member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church, North Palm Beach. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth V. Parrish on June 12, 2004. Survivors include his son, Bruce W. Parrish, Jr. and his wife Barbara of West Palm Beach, FL; three grandchildren: Bryce Parrish, Joseph Parrish and Valentina Parish; and sisters: Odessa Horne of Texas, Eudora Parks of Rome, GA, Mildred Kennemer of Dalton, GA and Susan Silas of Savannah, GA. Funeral Services will be 6 PM Saturday, September 25, 2004 at QUATLEBAUM FUNERAL HOME, 1201 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach, FL with Rev. Michael Butzberger, pastor of the Lighthouse Baptist Church, officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 - 6 PM Saturday, prior to the service. Bruce, Barbra and family,
It is so hard to fathom at this time. Dianne and I will be there if the hurricane will let us. All are in our thoughts and prayers.
