We love you Mom. The memorial service was beautiful. I know Burt looked down from heaven on his extended family and was pleased. It was wonderful to be together. Last night I thought of Burt's big smile and how he could strike up a converstion with anyone he met and find somthing in common to talk about with them. You are in our prayers and thoughts always. I Love. your son

Edith:

Thank you for calling me about Burt. You are in our prayers, I know this is a very difficult time for you, but I also know you are surrounded by a wonderful loving family.Burt was so proud of each of them.If you ever need any thing please call me. As you already know Burt was like second father to me. He taught me a trade that made me a good living, but most of all he taught me the values of life, which I try to live up to every day. He was my mentor my friend, confidant and encourager. Their is no other person that had the influance on my life than Burt. You made a great couple, it was always so good to be with you. If you come our way or want to come we always have a spare room or condo would love to have you.
