Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Dear Kyle and Kari,
You may not remember us but we lived across the street from you on Irving Street. We lost our son, Jimmy, 8 weeks ago and are terrible sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and we are here for you if you would like to talk. There is nothing I can say or do to take your pain away, but I can listen. God bless your daughter, Cathleen and I know she and Jimmy are playing together as good friends just like we did.

To The Rudgers Family,
As I search the obituary for a friends arangements I came across your sweet Cathleen's picture and it touched my heart so deeply for I am a grandmother of three with one being Cathleen's age. At that age they are so sweet, precious and funny. Just know that even through all the sadness that "God" will give you comfort and peace with all the sweet memories in your hearts. I am also a poet and would like to share a poem of comfort with you. May the Lord continue to bless your family.
“ANGEL WINGS”
Hush, Mommy and Daddy and wipe your tearful eyes
Never doubt the “Lord” and never ask “Him” why
My “Father” in Heaven is never wrong
“He” said “hold on” “He” said “be strong
We’re all “Gods” children and only here on loan
“He” shared me with you for awhile
Now “He’s” called me home
Oh” how much you loved me so, your arms I sure did cling
But oh how happy I am now
With my “Angel wings”
I’ll smile and watch over you, by day and by night
And always be your little angel
With a shining light
Go on with life for what it brings and keep me in your dreams
And at the “Gates of Glory”
I’ll meet you with “Angel Wings”.
