Charles, we met in Los Angeles when I was with LAPD. After I retired and moved to Palm Beach County, we hooked up again. It was remarkable, but we ran into each other in Ft Pierce two or three times and talked for hours.
It was a pleasure knowing you and all who knew you will truly miss you. It was my Pleasure to know a Bahamian who done good in the US of A

Charles was a long time family friend, my father Tommy Smith gave him his start as a private investigator and process server. I've known him since I was a child. He was always a good friend, after my dad's passing he would always call and ask how our family was doing. Last time I heard from him was a few months ago. He will be missed very much. My sympathies to his family. He used to call me "Jenny" Jennifer Smith Jones

My Dearest Shaft, I am still so very shocked and saddened by your untimely death. I just can't believe you are gone. Thank you for always being there for me when I needed you. You are truly a very special man and you will be missed by all that know and love you! You leave me with so many fun, crazy and wonderful memories that I will forever cherish. I always felt a part of your family and that was extended when Colin called me to come see you at the hospital. May your family and endless friends find comfort in God and in each other. Until we meet again my dear friend, Love you, Jean Bean XOXO
