Chelsea CRUZ Obituary
Chelsea Alexandra Almodovar Cruz, date of birth: June 30, 1989 - date of death: December 17, 2015. She is survived by her mother, Irene Cruz; father, Roberto Almodovar; brother, Robert Almodovar Cruz "Bobby"; grandparents, Peter and Elia Cruz, Roberto and Judith Almodovar; aunts and uncles, Myrna Cruz, Frances Cruz, Tony Cruz, Javier Almodovar, and Julio Almodovar, and many cousins and friends. Chelsea was born in the city of Plantation, FL. She attended Horizon Elementary, Bair Middle School, Piper High School and Kieser University where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. Chelsea loved to play many sports, she enjoyed going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family. Chelsea passed away on December 17, 2015. Even though she was only on this Earth for 26 years she touched the hearts and lives of countless friends and family. Her smile and laugh were infectious. She was fiercely loyal, kind and compassionate. Even when times were hard in her life she was still there for her friends and family when they were going through tough times. She always put others before herself. Over the past few years Chelsea had suffered in silence. Take the time to tell those people around you just how much they mean to you. Shower them with love, hugs and kisses. Never take a moment for granted because tomorrow is not promised. Chelsea your beautiful smile and sparkling eyes will forever fill our hearts with joy. You will be in our hearts forever. We know you have found the peace in death that you searched for in life. Rest In Peace and God Bless You Chelsea. Services will be held from 3:00PM to 5:00PM Wednesday, December 23 at Del Lago Chapel, 131 South Lakeside Drive, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
