DAVID TEFFT Obituary

Family-Placed Obituary

DAVID HAROLD TEFFT March 30, 1956 - April 9, 2012 David Harold Tefft of Jupiter, FL passed away April 9, 2012. He has been a resident of Jupiter since 1970, arriving with his family from Tennessee, and graduated from Jupiter High School in 1975. The majority of his career, however, was spent with North American Sub Station in Maitland, FL, most recently as a supervisor. He lived his life as a humble and kind gentleman that loved unconditionally and would give the shirt off his back to help a friend. David was an amazing father to his two children Jonathan Tefft and Tiffany Tefft Craft, as well as his step children, Austin Burg and Kyle Burg. He will be greatly miss. David also leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Thurman and Betty Tefft, his brother, Stephen Tefft; his sisters, Penny Tefft Goree and Noelle Tefft and his life-time companion, Lisa Zigliani. A Celebration of David's life will be held on May 19, 2012 from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the Waterway Pavilion at Burt Reynolds Park, 805 U.S. Hwy. 1, Jupiter, FL 33458. David will be forever sailing in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist them with preserving his life long dream of sailing.
