DOYLE ROGERS

An Anniversary Prayer of His LIFE

Most Dear and Heavenly Father, Savior of the Living and Lord of all who having placed their hope in Thee now know what it is that we still trust will one day be. Thank You. Thank You.

Thank You dear Jesus for abiding with us in life and attending to us in a realm beyond death.

Thank you for the gracious nature in which your love lifts us when we are down, your presence comforts us when we are lonely, your promise keeps us ever mindful that the finish line of the life that we know, just marks the threshold of the life that really is LIFE!

Doyle Rogers was created for You by his birth, adopted by You in his Baptism and anointed by You through his profession of faith in You. His life was a caring representation of the Christ that carried him and that he carried within him.
Thank You for the model of faith and the humble stature of life that in him was both Godly and good.

Thank You for a man who by his words, witness and thoughtful and sincere interaction with all others would daily convey what his life contained; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, generosity and self-control.

Thank You dear Jesus that all and each of the attributes of his life especially the faith that filled his heart has fit him well for Heaven and his eternal life with You.

Keep Barbara and Doyles family safe and ever in your care. Sustain them in the mercies and grace that are Yours that are for them sufficient in all their days.

May we always live as did Doyle, with faith, hope and love the greatest of all things and with a cheer that is reflected in the smile and the peace that was his because he knew the heart that is Yours and the eternal future that will be ours, one day with You, together again forever!

Amen.
