I served as an ASAC to Ted at NYC FBI Office for two years, 1977-79, at the old office located at 201 East 69th Street. Ted was a wonderful mentor and an inspiration for all agents and staff who served at NYC. He was a strong leader who was highly respected throughout the Bureau. I am deeply indebted to Ted for his guidance and his genuine friendship to me and my family.
Rest in peace dear friend.

Always one of my favorite SACs in the FBI's New York Office. He was one of the biggest supporters of the women's softball team. I always looked forward to seeing him at Bureau gatherings after he retired. He never forgot me...always coming up to me to ask if I was still playing softball. RIP Mr.Foley.

Mr. Foley was my favorite SAC in the FBI's New York Office. You always said hello and asked how the girls' softball team was doing. You were great to all the support employees. RIP Mr. Foley.
