I met Jacob while attending one of the many debate tournaments as a parent judge for BCHS. I will always remember Jacob as being one of the most intelligent, respectful, and honorable young adults I have ever met. He had an amazing spirit and a beautiful soul, and even though I did not know him well, I feel very saddened by his loss and for never getting to know the amazing ways in which he would have changed the world. He was truly a gift from God.
My prayers are with Jacob's family.
