I will deeply miss my father who was such a wonderful loving man. He will be missed by all who knew him as he was one of those people who would help a friend or stranger. Mom, you were blessed as you were together for 45 years and loved each other unconditionally.

As Jim Dowd says, "Jim was a nice guy", his family should be proud. I can think of nothing better to say of someone.

I am greatly saddened. Just a fine
individual, always spic and span,
and never without a smile and some-thing positive to say.

Jim was one of the Captains that I as an engineer did not have to watch! He made my job so much easier.
He never scratched an airplane, he never asked the A/C to do things it was not designed to do, A sad day, a great Captain has left us.
