JAMES RICHARD FOSTER, Jr. “Dick” 78, passed away Friday, May 5, 2006 in Hilliard, Florida. He was a longtime resident of Boynton Beach, FL. Dick was a U.S. Army Combat Veteran in the European Theater during W.W. II. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years Vivian Foster, daughter, Marilyn Baxter (Ron), brother, Nathan Parks (Theda), two sisters, Delores Sinsz (Henry) and Virginia Abel (William), two grandsons, John R. Baxter (Ann) and Brian T. Baxter (Devon), two great-granddaughters, Georgia Grace and Virginia Joy and many other loving family members. There will be a private family memorial service at a later date. Arrangements by GREENLAWN FUNERAL HOME, 4300 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL.
