Family-Placed Funeral Notice

JOSEPH H. “Joe” MULVEHILL, SR. 69, of Coral Springs, FL passed away suddenly on August 27, 2005 after suffering with Parkinson's Disease for 20 years. Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife, Hilda, in 1988. Left to mourn his passing are his sister, Dotty Staples of MA; his four children, Suzanne, Joe, Jr., Jim, and Diane all of South Florida; his daughter-in-law, Susan; six grandchildren, Chris, Melissa, Brian, Emily, Amanda and Dylan and his many other loving family and friends. Joe was born on February 9, 1936, in Johnstown, PA to the late James and Bernadette (Hughes) Mulvehill. In 1972 Joe moved his family to Florida after living in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from LaSalle College of Philadelphia, PA and was founder of Mulvehill Nursery in Delray Beach, FL. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, August 31 (TODAY), 2005 from 5-8 PM at Babione Funeral Home (west chapel). Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery at 10:30 AM. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation in Miami at www.parkinson.org.
