My mom was a faithful WOR The Dolan´s listener, and I, a second generation listener. We learned so much over those years, and never incurred debt except our mortgages. We really missed your program when you retired. Thank you, Daria and Ken (RIP).

Ken was a friend back in my high school days. I went to his wedding. A business associate was a big fan and Ken sent me a signed picture for her. He could have been a great baseball player. Wonderful guy. Just learned about his untimely death.

I knew Ken quite well during his time at Merrill Lynch, and was not at all surprised that he went on to become a "media star". He was so bright, and had such a magnetic personality--It's so nice to read that he was helpful to so many.

I loved Ken and Daria on WOR Radio. What an incredible radio show they had...Too bad AM radio went down the tubes...
We'll miss you Ken...

Condolences to Daria and the family! My family listened to the Dolans and learned a lot. Ken's warmth as well as sage insights came over the airwaves. So sorry to learn -- somewhat belatedly -- of his passing.

My sincerest, belated sympathy to Daria and the Dolan family. My mom referred me to your show. I'd listen in the car while she, at home, took notes which then later spurred lively financial conversation. In fact, she passed away listening to your advice. I was always thankful she had such compassionate, friendly company at what otherwise would have been a solitary time. I still value a thank-you note received from Ken. I couldn't get to the Post Office fast enough to answer his on air plea for Tijuana Brass music to play leading into and out of breaks. His handwritten note was included with the returned LP with a complimentary subscription to "Straight Talk." Thanks for your valuable advice and daily companionship for so many years over WOR. Please accept my deepest and lasting sympathy. RIP Ken. Frank A. Petrane, Eatontown, N.J.

With sadness, I'm so sorry to read about the passing of Ken Dolan. I used to listen to WOR 710 when The Dolans show aired and won a signed book. Thank you for your wisdom and advice. My heart goes out to Daria and send healing prayers her way. Darlene Lehman

I looked forward to every program back in the days when you both were broadcasting on AM 710 WOR. Your genuine and heartfelt personalities and enthusiasm came loud and clear through the airwaves, and you showed us you were human when you didn't necessarily always agree with one another's advice on the radio-- I felt like I knew you like good friends. While I don't consider myself a financial genius, I am at least a financial success in my investments through you. I am paying forward to others what knowledge I've gained from listening to you both. I wish you God's peace, Daria, after Ken's passing, and much future happiness. We are all so lucky to have known you at least over the airwaves, and you both have been blessed to have helped so many people-- people who you don't even know and have never met. I, and millions of others like me, thank you for that.

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing... I used to listen to their radio show on Saturday evenings on finances over 20 years ago in Rochester, NY...always remembered, diversify, diversify ... they were blessed to have each other for such a long time, and a daughter, product of their love! May Ken's legacy live on, and Daria, May you be blessed sweet lady, to be a blessing to the rest of us listeners, and be comforted by God! From a fan who had been trying to find your broadcast here in Tulsa!

Special thoughts and memories of Ken and his undergraduate days at Boston College. An engaging personality and enthusiasm for life with boundless energy. Destined for great things during those memorable four years at The Heights he accomplished that and beyond with his service to our country and later assisting so many with his advice and motivation in their financial decisions. Rest in Peace, Jim Nelson, Boston College 1965
