LOY, Leonard A.

88, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the Hospice Home of Alamance, in Burlington N.C. Leonard was a Navy veteran of WWII having served as a radioman on submarines. Prior to moving to Palm Beach County he was President of Burlington Business College. While in Palm Beach County he served as the county budget director until his retirement. Leonard was preceded by his beloved wife of 69 years Paula in September 2012, and also his son Richard N. Loy. He is survived by several nieces and nephews; and his sister-in-law, Ann Wright and her husband Rev. Tom Wright of Danville, VA. His family will gather to receive friends on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the funeral home between 1:00 - 2:00 PM when a memorial service will be conducted. He will be laid to rest immediately following at Lake Worth Memory Gardens. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to
