During the years I knew Aunt Marilyn she mostly chose to be happy. She was funny when she told tales and antics from her past. I would polish her toenails for her and she would think they were the cutest things. It was a pleasure interacting with her personality, God bless.

My heart goes out the entire family. I know that she will be missed dearly. Nothing compares to the love of a mother... He words of wisdom, her listening ear, her smile, her kisses, her hugs, the way she cares.... Moms are what truly molds us into who we are. Moms love unconditionally without judgment. Its what moms do! so when I say that she will be missed... what I am truly saying that God has decided to call home a special woman, not only a mom, but a best friend to her children. so Yes, I know this woman will be missed something terribly. God bless the entire family, I pray that God gives each and every one of them comfort in knowing her spirit is at peace. I love you all ... Love, Cheryl

My heart aches from the loss of such a wonderful, loving woman. My Aunt Marylin was the best! One of those people that made the world a better place. My grief can only be a fraction of what her children are feeling, I have prayed to the Lord the give them comfort in this time. My condolences go out to Linda, Lorrie, Jeannie, Carl and her brother Jack Shewman. God is there and your Mom is with him. God bless all of you.

I want to express mine and my husband Bob's condolences to Linda, Lorie, Jeannie, Carl, Uncle Jack, family and friends for the loss of Aunt Marilyn. She was a perfect example of how to be a mother, friend, mentor, second mom, and how to deal with pain and adversity. She loved deeply, laughed often, and was loyal and faithful to those close to her. I will miss her very much. She is now in the arms of the Lord with her cat Red and her many loved ones. We will see her again so I won't say goodbye just "see you soon, Aunt Marilyn". I love you.

Aunt Marilyn, you were the best Aunt, friend, second mom anyone could ever hope to have. I will miss you very much. I know you are happy now with your cat Red and all your family around you. You gave so much during your life, suffered much pain, loved much, laughed often, and loved life. You were an example of how loving and kind, funny and sweet, loyal and dependable, and strong and brave a person can be to get through this life. I will always remember you. My condolences to all your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, Uncle Jack, friends, and family from my husband Bob and I. They will all miss you.

Mom, You were the best mother, who was always there for all of us kids. I have many wonderful memories of you in our lives. One happy memory is that you loved to take us to the beach, a lot when we were kids. You worked very hard all of your life to provide for us kids, as a single parent. Thank you for being such a wonderful and caring Mom and true friend. I love you Mom. You will be in my heart forever!
