To Jimmy, Glen, and JoAnne,
To those who will be reading this note:
Aunt Marty was my aunt as she married my Uncle Barker who was my mother's brother. My mother, Villamae Morehead Williams, loved Barker so much. Aunt Marty and Uncle Barker always came to see us in Anahuac, especially around baseball time. My mama and daddy always received a Christmas gift in the mail from them. My brothers and I would be so excited because it was the only gift we ever received in the mail.
Aunt Marty loved baseball, epecially the Houston Astros.
We are sorry to know she is no longer with us. Hopefully she is in the "field of dreams" in Heaven going to spring baseball practice with my Uncle Barker.
We look forward to the service and your visit when you come to Anahuac.
Know we love you, and all of you are in our prayers.
.
Love, Kathy Rector(Williams) and husband Gil.

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Marty's family. I have fond memories of her and Barker's visits to our home in Anahuac, Texas, when I was a child. May she forever rest in peace with Uncle Barker.
