THINKING OF YOU DAD

One of my favorite childhood memories was when my family and I visited uncle Bud and aunt Susie in Indiana. Uncle Bud, my dad, my brother, a neighbor of Bud's, and I all went fishing and had a fish fry afterwards. Ill never forget that vacation and all of the awesome memories we shared. You always knew how to make me laugh and I thank you for that. Rest easy uncle Bud, love ya

In about 1977 we moved way out in the country. It was a rough winter and we were snowed in and out a lot with a new baby. I worked on some cars for Bud and he had a 4x4 scout on the lot. Told him I'd like to have it but couldn't come up with enough money till I sold my car. He said go ahead and take it, pay him off when the car sold. It took me 6 months or more to sell. He never asked for money or said a word. When I sold the car and took him the money, I asked about interest on the "loan". No interest he said. Rest easy Bud, and thank you.

We will miss you so, Budley, you were truly a special man-your smile, your laugh, the quick (and often sarcastic!) humor that made you the life of the party wherever you went. I am thankful that you and dad introduced mom and Marge roughly 50 years ago, as we became extended family and have shared so much over the years, good and bad. You lived life to the fullest, and hopefully are continuing to do so now in heaven, probably at the 19th hole entertaining all the family and friends who went before you.with our love and sympathy to Susan and the whole family- love and miss you

I've known Bud and Marge since a little 8 year old girl when my parents bought a home in the Big Monon Camp. He was always smiling and always had a tan!! He would offer me advice on fishing and time my lap as I ran around the camp. I have such fond memories of Bud and Marge and then Bud and Susan. Although my Dad has passed on, we still take mom down to her "little house." Bud will be missed by many and forgotten by none. Prayers to his family during this trying time in their lives.

Bud will be sorely missed by all of us. He truly was one of a kind, and I loved him dearly. I am sure he is in heaven, greeted by Margie, as of course he told us countless times that he would be going there, his most popular and repeated "bud-ism" My love and condolences to the whole family.

Hey Bud, enjoy the "back 9", and we will all miss you dearly, your sense of humor, your "Bud-isms", and your ability to make friends wherever you went! Watch over my dear Tanner, and play a round with him and Big Ed! Thanks you for everything you did for Susan, and the adventures you two had. She will always hold those memories close to her heart. Your "favorite" and also "youngest" sister in law, Sherry
