Family-Placed Funeral Notice
PHYLLIS MAUREENHENDRICKSON 87, passed away on February 17, 2004. She was a part-time resident of Atlantis since 1973 and became a full-time resident in 1983. She moved from Streator, Illinois. Survivors include her children Larry, Sharon, Mary Jo and Bill; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Lester C. Hendrickson in 1996. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, February 25th at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 4601 S. Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Hendrickson to either the L.C. Hendrickson Scholarship Fund at Lakeside Presbyterian Church. 4601 Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 or Hospice of Palm Beach County (Robert J. Lauer) 5300 East Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL.

I enjoyed being on the session at Lakeside with Phyllis. We were planning a Lakeside Christmas party and it was fun to have ongoing conversations with her. Many nights my caller ID would register "Hendrickson, Phyllis" and I would sure get back to her to find out the latest. I will miss her warm smile and kind words about my 5 year old daughter, Hannah.
